Since 1994, the Gouvernement Princier (Monaco Government) has been committed in pushing Clean Mobility. All the efforts have developed through concrete actions, notably: premium offers, free charge areas, subscription discounts in public car parkings. The project "Sharing is Caring" is perfectly in line with this mission. By the will of Céline Caron-Dagioni, Government Advisor – Minister of Equipment, Environment and Urban Planning is being implementing a larger number of charging points addressed to electric vehicles in major public parkings and directly on the roads. The new equipment is meant to be more powerful, and then faster, in achieving full charging. Monaco ON, as the new urban service is called, operational for three years, aims at making e-charging more accessible, efficient and user friendly. In one word, more sustainable. As a matter of fact, 'green vehicles', that is the ones with low-emission engines, are about to represent nearly 20% of the entire fleet by the end of this year. Thus, the need to meet the new needs.
In order to raise awareness on "acting fully sustainably", Lucas Di Grassi, Formula E World Champion and Monegasque resident, is the protagonist of a launch video addressed to all users in Monaco. Monaco's Government is willing to push drivers for a more respectful attitude at charging stations to guarantee a due turnover, ensuring access to all.

The multimedia device is also accompanied by a downloadable straight-to-the-point Guide by Monaco ON disseminated by the Mission pour la Transition Énergétique to accompany users step by step in charging operations.
An innovative QC Code scanning system will soon be available at every charging station to easily get Your Monaco App on your mobile phone. This application will allow you to have a real-time check of all available charging systems on the Monegasque territory as well as to save your preferred stations and to choose the most suitable kW power according to your car model. An integrated network that will mark the change in mobility. ***
