Can the artistic creativity encourage reflection on current issues towards a more sustainable future? In Monaco this has been a reality for some years. UPAINT Street Art Festival is back to the Larvotto Promenade to celebrate its eight edition: THE FUTURE. As in previous edition, twelve internatioanal artists will animate a special open-air art space, set from the 7th to the 11th June 2024, where to give life to a set of unique works of art, made live in front of passers-by.
The outcome will then be auctioned by Hôtel des Ventes de Monte-Carlo to support meaningful projects on Nature conservation by Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and S.P.A. association whose purpose is to find a safe space to abandoned and homeless animals.
The event, under the patronage of Direction des Affaires Culturelles (Department of Cultural Affairs at Prince's Government), will be particular iconic for the the presence of prominent artistis coming from Argentina, Canada, France, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain.

Human creativity will be at the service of contemporary needs of the modern era through an innovative and personal point of view.
On Monday the 10th June 2024, the most popular Hôtel des Ventes in Monte-Carlo will hold a live and online auction for both art lovers and collectors, starting from 6.50 p.m., with the aim to pursue philanthropic targets.
In view of the kicking off of the Festival, Alberto Colman, founder of UPAINT, stressed: « We are excited to bring the dynamic world of street art to a wider audience through this collaboration with TV Monaco and the innovative UPAINT virtual tour by DWorld VR technology. We hope then (... to contribute) making art events accessible to everyone, regardless of grographic location ».
